Question 1

How much does Hookspan cost?

Accepted Answer

Solo is $0 forever, Creator Pro is $19 per month, and Studio is $49 per month.

Question 2

Is Hookspan safe for my accounts?

Accepted Answer

Hookspan scans and drafts, then waits for your publish click. Each platform gets a bucketed cadence with throttle fallback and burst guards, and drafts preformat platform-native disclosure. These guardrails do not guarantee platform-policy approval or immunity from external limits.

Question 3

What happens to my data?

Accepted Answer

Creator settings, connected-account state, queued posts, and flagged-fan or engagement records are persisted per user where applicable. The current product does not publish a retention or deletion schedule; email hookspan@polsia.app with policy questions.

Question 4

What are Hookspan's TikTok limits?

Accepted Answer

TikTok is a supported platform lane with its own cadence and rate-limit budget plus burst guards. Creator Pro includes unlimited trend scanning across X, Reddit, and TikTok, but that plan entitlement does not remove TikTok’s external limits or guarantee unlimited API access.

Question 5

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Checkout currently supports hosted subscription checkout and a checkout-cancelled return page; it does not include an app-owned customer portal or self-service cancellation route. For cancellation or billing-policy questions, email hookspan@polsia.app.
